The Online Card Checker can be found here: https://www.citb.co.uk/cardcheck.
Many delegates require a proof of pass immediately following their training course, however pass certificates are not issued immediately by accrediting bodies such as CITB.
CITB provide an Online Card Checker where an individual or employer can officially check that the delegate has passed their course.
This service can be used for anyone who has recently completed one of the CITB Site Safety Plus courses and the information it provides can then be used to book a Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) test (also known as the CITB touch screen test).
It can also be used by anyone who needs to check the validity of one of the following membership cards:
- Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)
- Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS)
- Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme (CISRS)
Please note that you will need two items of information about the delegate to check their details, one of which must be their registration number or National Insurance number.
If you’re checking a card that you believe to be fake or fraudulent then you should report it to CITB immediately, using the email address listed on the card checker webpage.
